What could be the precise opposite of American school lunches, as documented in Super-Size Me?

Elementary school lunches in Japan, according to this post on eGullet. Sensibly, lunch isn’t really a break–it’s a part of the curriculum. And it sounds yummy!

None of those weird Swiss rolls, the mainstay of my high school snacktime, in Yokahama.
